Planning to Study in America, Amanda Manopo is Willing to Leave the Entertainment World

"Yes, I am ready to leave the entertainment world. Because in this industry, especially for women, it's not forever," said Amanda Manopo at Studio 41, South Jakarta, on Tuesday (11/8/2020).

1. Still Many Considerations

Indeed, Amanda Manopo's desire to study in America is not definite yet, just planning. According to her, there are still many tasks that need to be completed. Furthermore, her responsibility to her family is quite significant.

"Meaning, even if I go to college, I can't really say 'next year I will definitely go to college'. Because I will still face financial problems, I have quite a big responsibility in my family, you know," said Amanda Manopo.

"I still have savings for college. But if in the future we don't know if there are problems, issues, or family needs, I will definitely prioritize those," she continued.

2. Long-Distance Relationship with Billy Syahputra

If studying in America indeed happens, Amanda Manopo will also have to be willing to leave her boyfriend, Billy Syahputra. Clearly, she will have to maintain a long-distance relationship.

"In my opinion, it's still far, still far. Manda still has many tasks to complete in Indonesia, so basically, especially now with the pandemic, most countries are still in lockdown and it's still far. The main thing is how to maintain a good relationship, smooth, in the future, I always pray for what Manda wants, I always support her," Billy Syahputra concluded.
