Police Cancel Forced Pick-up, Nikita Mirzani: Maybe She's Tired

Kapanlagi.com - The investigators from Polresta Serang Kota have decided to postpone the forced pick-up of actress Nikita Mirzani, as she has missed 12 summons in the defamation case reported by Dito Mahendra.

"The police officer has also come back, has returned to his hometown in Serang, I don't know why, I'm also confused but maybe he's tired," said Nikita Mirzani when met in the Ulul Jami area, South Jakarta, on Wednesday (15/6).

1. Every Day There's a Summons Letter

What makes Sajad Ukra's ex-wife confused is that the investigators from Polresta Serang Kota seem to be insisting on immediately investigating the case. This is because almost every day Nikita is sent a summons letter.

"Reported by Dito Mahendra on May 16. If we follow the procedure, we can't just call her directly. The first summons was on the 25th or 28th. That's it, because I couldn't come, because I was practicing boxing, I had to focus on everything, and it's far away in Serang," said Nikita Mirzani.

"After that, I couldn't come, the next day, not waiting for two days, the next day there's another summons letter, the next day there's another summons letter," added Nikita Mirzani.

2. Sent to RT

Not only that, the summons letter was also handed over by the investigators to the Neighborhood Association (RT) where Nikita Mirzani lives.

"Because here (her house) was not responded to, she came to Mr. RT. She was also not disturbed. The summons letter came there, it became more disconnected. Mr. RT also received the summons letter for me three times," said Nikita.

"That's why I'm confused, 'why go to Mr. RT', it became more disconnected. Finally, another summons letter came, I don't know how to give it, but there is a summons letter," she explained.

3. Case Considered Unreasonable

Because she considered the case unreasonable, Nikita Mirzani refused to come to fulfill the summons of the Serang Kota Police investigator.

"Yes, because, are there suddenly police coming to the house every day, the police who come from Serang. Every day. That's not reasonable. The applied articles are also unreasonable," she concluded.

As reported, the Serang Kota Police investigators visited Nikita Mirzani's house on Wednesday (15/6) at around 03.00 am. Their arrival was to forcibly take Nikita Mirzani because she had skipped the summons for the defamation case on social media reported by Dito Mahendra.
