KapanLagi Youniverse (KLY) will once again hold the largest music festival during the month of Ramadan, the KapanLagi Buka Bareng BRI Festival 2025. This event will take place on March 15 - 16, 2025, at the East Parking Plaza of Gelora Bung Karno, Jakarta.

In addition to being a gathering event, the KLBB Festival also offers a variety of exciting activities that can be enjoyed while waiting for the breaking of the fast. One of them is a performance by Tulus, who is a top musician in Indonesia. Tulus is a singer who has received over 50 award nominations throughout his music career. Tulus is a singer and songwriter who started his music career in 2011 and continues to this day. The singer, whose full name is Muhammad Tulus Rusydi, was born on August 20, 1987, in Bukittinggi, West Sumatra.

Tulus is the youngest child of three siblings. He has an older sister and an older brother. The 37-year-old singer is a graduate in architecture from Parahyangan Catholic University, Bandung.

Tulus developed a love for music from his mother's habit of singing songs by Broery Marantika and Rinto Harahap before he went to sleep. In elementary school, he was asked by his homeroom teacher to perform at an event by singing and received praise from the art teacher.

The praise from the art teacher motivated Tulus to become a singer. He began his music career in 2009 by submitting himself to several record companies.

Finally, he decided to establish his own record label with his older brother as the executive producer. Then on September 28, 2011, his first album titled TULUS was released.

The success of the first album led Tulus to release his second album titled GAJAH in 2014. Then in 2018, he released his third album titled MONOKROM. He also created the album LANGSUNG DARI KONSER MONOKROM JAKARTA in 2019. Then in 2022, he released an album titled MANUSIA.

Throughout his long career in the music industry, Tulus has received more than 50 awards from 2013 to the present. One of them is Best Album for the album MONOKROM - AMI Awards 2017. He then received another nomination for Best Album for the album MANUSIA - AMI Awards 2022.
