Aura Kasih shares her story about the healthy lifestyle she is currently living. This single mother of one admits that she has started paying attention to her diet and following a light diet for health reasons, not due to job demands or specific projects. Read more below!

"Actually, it's not really a strict diet, just normal. Eating is just normal too," said Aura when met in the Jalan Kapten Tendean area, Mampang, South Jakarta, some time ago.

According to this mother of one, turning 38 is the right moment to start healthy habits. She feels the need to keep her body fit while carrying out daily activities.

"More about health, because now I'm 38 years old, I have to start dieting. So yeah, starting from now, I have to get used to it," she added.

Aura also emphasized that she is not the type to overly restrict food. She still consumes rice as an energy source, although in more controlled portions.   "Rice is a must. If I don't eat rice, it feels different. I really have to, because if not, I feel weak, so I feel like I have no energy," she explained.

Besides maintaining her diet, Aura also regularly consumes herbal remedies and traditional herbal drinks to support her health. This habit has been part of her daily routine for a long time.   "I drink herbal medicine every day, like turmeric, because it’s good for minerals too, and it's also good for the liver," she said.

Nevertheless, Aura still believes that exercise and a balanced diet are the key factors in maintaining an ideal body.

"The most important thing is actually exercise. Going back to food, the portions must be balanced, there should be protein, there should be carbs," she added.

Through these healthy habits, Aura hopes to continue maintaining her stamina and quality of life, especially to support her child through various stages of growth.
