Felicya Angelista, who is known through the beauty brand Scarlett Whitening, expressed gratitude and pride for the award she received this time.
"Of course I'm grateful, I'm really happy too. Usually, Scarlet often receives awards for our Scarlet products. So this is like, after having received before, now in the year 2025 it's the first time again a trophy for me, 'Ten Outstanding Young Person'," said Felicya Angelista at Sampoerna Strategic Ballroom, South Jakarta, Friday (2/10/2025).
Although she is used to appearing in front of the public, Caesar Hito's wife admitted that she felt nervous when she had to give a speech in front of other great figures.
"But honestly, the speech was nerve-wracking because all these people are serious, you know. So I was like, take a deep breath, so that the speech doesn't go wrong. I initially practiced my voice too, but it's hard, guys. So, I just did my best," she said.
Meanwhile, the award in the Cultural Achievement category was given to content creator Dara Sarasvati. For her, this appreciation serves as a new motivation to continue preserving and promoting Indonesian culture.
"Tonight is a very meaningful night for me, as I have been given appreciation from JCI in the TOYP program in the Cultural Achievement category. And of course, this becomes a new spirit, a new motivation for me to continue to promote Indonesian culture so that it remains sustainable and will not become extinct," said Dara.
This award event was held through the TOYP Gala Dinner & Awarding Night, which took place at the Sampoerna Strategic Ballroom, South Jakarta, on Friday, October 2, 2025. In addition to Felicya Angelista and Dara Sarasvati, JCI TOYP 2025 also awarded eight other inspiring young figures.
