Unpleasant news was conveyed by Imel Putri Cahyati through her Instagram account (29/06/2021). The former wife of Sirajuddin Mahmud stated that after undergoing chemotherapy to fight cancer, she was declared positive for Covid-19. Previously, Imel admitted to undergoing chemotherapy to fight the cancer she had. She admitted that chemotherapy was her last choice.
However, unexpectedly after undergoing chemotherapy, Imel and her mother were tested positive for Covid-19 on June 26th.
Imel said that she had experienced headaches and pain. Meanwhile, her mother couldn't smell anything. In the end, they chose to rest completely.
Nevertheless, Imel said that her daughter, Aqila, and several family members were tested negative.
Imel admitted that after undergoing chemotherapy, she didn't leave the house at all. But everything depends on the will of Allah SWT.
