When with Anang Hermansyah, Lucky Hakim detailed why he resigned from the position of Deputy Regent of Indramayu. Not only that, he also revealed several things.
One of the things he revealed is that he admitted that his decision to resign from his position was because he sacrificed himself for the party.
The main reason why Lucky did not ask for help from the party that supported him when this problem arose was because he did not want to bother the party officials.
"Why didn't I ask for help from party officials? Because at the DPP, they were busy with the presidential election affairs," said Lucky Hakim to Anang Hermansyah.
Seeing so many party affairs related to the 2024 presidential election, Lucky also felt that he did not want to add to the burden of the party by resigning from his position.
To maintain the good name of the political party that supports him, he admits that this decision to resign is his own desire. He is also aware of the risks he will face.
"So I think, this is now my risk, right now the party is comfortable, there is no coordination. So, the mistake is not theirs, the mistake is mine. I sacrifice myself," he explained.
