In an interview, she revealed that as she approaches this age, she is starting to feel various physical complaints, especially related to the perimenopause she is experiencing.Â
"Honestly, there are many (complaints), I am already entering my perimenopause phase. I often post on my social media about my perimenopause, because this is something that many people still do not understand," said Novita Brownis Trans TV, on Tuesday (14/1/2025).
Angie acknowledges that her body is starting to show signs of change, so she decided to reduce exhausting activities.
"There are always issues, shoulder pain, feeling unwell. So it seems that at this age, there are always problems. I eventually reduced my activities," she added.
In addition, she has just resigned from her office job after six years, aiming to focus more on her health and well-being.
"At the end of December (last year) I just resigned, because I truly thought and promised that at this time I need to pay more attention to myself," she said.
