The death of designer and actor Opi Bachtiar shocked many people. No one expected that the 42-year-old actor passed away on Sunday, (10/8) at the hospital.

Designer and actor Opi Bachtiar passed away at the age of 42 on Sunday, (10/8) at 09:09 WIB. He took his last breath at RS Premiere Bintaro.
Opi's departure was so sudden. Through her post on Insta Story, Lolita Putri mentioned that she and Opi along with friends from Sketsa Today were supposed to hang out at her house. They had already ordered a tumpeng to eat together.
"We already bought a tumpeng and were planning to meet with the Sketsa Today kids to hang out at my house. But fate had other plans, we will still gather but at the funeral of our beloved friend @opibachtiar. Farewell Piu, may you rest in peace. We all love you," wrote Lolita Putri.
Meanwhile, Alessia Cestaro expressed her grief through a post on Instagram. "Amyank, farewell, you were a good and funny person, we all love you Opi, but ALLAH SWT loves you more. There are so many beautiful and happy memories during our friendship over the years. We love u," wrote Alessia.
The funeral procession of Opi Bachtiar went smoothly. Moments from Opi's funeral were uploaded by Alessia on her Instagram feed on Sunday, (10/8).
Opi's friends accompanied the designer and actor to his final resting place. Besides Alessia, Surya Insomnia was also seen among the mourners.
Opi Bachtiar is now at peace in the afterlife. Farewell Opi, your works will always be remembered.
