Famous presenter Altaf Vicko is now in the spotlight due to his wife, Shahnaz Anindya's report to the police regarding allegations of domestic violence (DV) committed by her husband. According to Detik.com, Shahnaz reported that Vicko often commits DV in the form of psychological abuse, not physical.

As a result of the report from the social media influencer, the man whose real name is Taufik Hermawan is now a suspect. He is required to report to the police while his case with Shahnaz is being handled by the authorities.

Presenter Altaf Vicko is now a suspect in a domestic violence case reported by his wife, Shahnaz Anindya. The social media influencer reported Vicko to the Central Jakarta Metro Police, and now the presenter has become a suspect.

According to the police statement, the domestic violence committed by Vicko was not physical but psychological. Shahnaz has provided evidence to the authorities, leading to Vicko being designated as a suspect.

Regarding his wife's report, Vicko revealed that their marriage was actually very short-lived. "In fact, we got married in June 2022, and less than a month later, we were living apart. On February 4, 2023, I filed for divorce at the South Jakarta Religious Court, but it was not accepted," Vicko told Detikhot.

In the same year, Shahnaz also filed for divorce in the Religious Court, but the lawsuit was dismissed. They went to trial all the way to the Supreme Court to handle the divorce.

Then Shahnaz reported Vicko to the Central Jakarta Metro Police for acts of psychological domestic violence. The report was made on September 23, 2023. Shahnaz has been questioned along with 5 witnesses, and the police then named Vicko as a suspect.

On the other hand, Vicko claimed that Shahnaz practiced witchcraft and black magic against him.

"I found evidence in the form of amulets, love potions, and she used my personal belongings as a medium for black magic. There is evidence and everything is in my lawsuit in the second point. I only discovered this behavior after we got married," said Vicko.

Currently, Vicko is required to report every Monday and Thursday. The reason he is not detained despite being a suspect is that the penalty for his case is less than 5 years in prison, so detention is not mandatory.
