Rina Nose, an Indonesian celebrity, recently shared information about her regular diet focused on health. In an effort to maintain her health and weight, Rina manages her food intake by consuming 80 percent protein in her diet. Check out the full story below!
"Not western, just 70-80 percent protein, mostly meat. Food is not about being rich or poor, the most important thing is that it is beneficial for the body," said Rina Nose on FYP, as reported by the TRANS7 OFFICIAL YouTube channel, on Monday (11/18/2024).
Rina also sets specific meal times, which are from 1 PM to 7 PM, and does not consume food outside of those hours.
"Basically, eating every day starts from 1 PM to 7 PM, at 6 PM. Not (eating) anything (else). If there is rice, vegetables, food like this is all cooked," said Rina Nose.
Rina emphasizes the importance of consuming healthy and nutritious food. Consuming protein will also keep her stomach full longer.
Even so, Rina Nose admits she can still enjoy food casually when filming or at events.
"There are events, there are moments, yes, just enjoy it. I can still enjoy it like that. The next day, it's back to this (watching and managing food) again," said the 40-year-old artist.
