Sad news came from the family of actor Mario Lawalata. His father, named Alexander Polli, passed away last Monday (10/4/2023). Before he passed away, his father mentioned that he was tired of the illness he was suffering from.

Revealed by Mario's stepmother named Indah, her husband passed away at home at twelve noon. However, she then took him to the nearest hospital to ensure his condition.

"My husband passed away on Monday at twelve o'clock. In the morning, he complained of stomach pain, and when I fed him, he vomited. When he slept and woke up, he was gone," said Indah, who was found at the Sentosa Funeral Home in the Senen area of ​​Central Jakarta on Tuesday (11/4/2023).

Furthermore, Indah said that Alexander Polli had been struggling against complications for the last seven years.

Even a few hours before taking his last breath, Alex asked when he would die because he was already tired.

"When I fed him, he said 'When can I go, I'm already tired'. Coincidentally, he had been suffering from heart disease, diabetes, and his gallbladder had been removed, and he had a stent installed. His condition was getting worse, and this year it has been deteriorating even more," explained Indah.

Alexander Polii's body will still be laid in the funeral home until Wednesday morning.

Regarding the burial location, it is still waiting for Mario Lawalata and his two siblings to gather. Meanwhile, Oscar Lawalata, also known as Asha Darra, cannot attend as he is currently in Germany.

"The burial will be tomorrow morning, but I don't know where it will be because I'm waiting for the children. Let them discuss where they want it to be," explained Indah.
