Portrait of Ustaz Solmed's Luxury House That Was Once Sold for Rp80 Billion, But Still Hasn't Sold - Still Occupied Until Now

Ustaz Sholeh Mahmoed Nasution or better known as Ustaz Solmed surprised the public when he announced his intention to sell his luxury house located in the Bogor area at the beginning of 2024. The house, with Middle Eastern architectural concept, was offered at a fantastic price of Rp80 billion.

However, as of mid-2025, the house has still not been sold and is still occupied by Ustaz Solmed and his family.

The reason behind his decision to sell the house is quite simple. According to Ustaz Solmed, he is indeed actively engaged in the property business and sees an opportunity to profit from the assets he owns. “Look for profit, look for gains. This house was built for me to live in, but if someone wants to buy it at that price, why not? And for me, Rp80 billion is already a profit,” said Solmed to the media in Senayan, Central Jakarta, on (30/1/2024).

The house being offered is not an ordinary house. Standing on a plot of land of about 4,000 to 5,000 square meters, the house is equipped with various luxurious and unique facilities. Starting from a swimming pool, spa and salon, home theater, to futsal and badminton courts, as well as a shooting play area for children. In fact, there is a mini gas station within the house area. All of this makes the house resemble a private resort rather than just an ordinary residence.

Although there have been several potential buyers showing interest, Ustaz Solmed admitted that none of them are really suitable with the price he set. “There are some who negotiate, but I don’t give in. Hahaha,” said Solmed.

Solmed also emphasized that he is not in a hurry to sell the house. He continues to live in it with his family and treats it as it should be: as a home that was indeed built with comfort as a priority.

In a video uploaded to Atta Halilintar's YouTube channel, the YouTuber and celebrity estimated that the house was probably built with a budget of around Rp40 billion. With a selling price of Rp80 billion, Solmed certainly hopes to make a profit of double, in line with the reasonable trend of property value increases among investors and businessmen.

However, until now, there is still no certainty whether the house will really be sold in the near future. There is no information indicating that the buying and selling process is nearing completion, or even that the house has been vacated.

On the contrary, Solmed and his family are still living there, enjoying the comfort of the house which he refers to as one form of gratitude for the blessings he has received all this time.
