Positive COVID-19, Detri Warmanto Only Recommended Self-Isolation for 14 Days

Kapanlagi.com - Indonesian actor Detri Warmanto has just announced that he has tested positive for the corona virus or COVID-19. This surprising news was conveyed directly by him through his latest post on Instagram.

Detri Warmanto, who became known since starring in the soap opera KEPOMPONG, revealed that he had undergone a test at RSPAD on Sunday (15/3) last week. From the test results that came out on Friday (20/3), it was revealed that he is positive for COVID-19.

Strangely, from the beginning until now, Detri has not felt sick at all. The son-in-law of Minister Tjahjo Kumolo also did not experience any symptoms of corona as reported so far.

1. Self-Isolation for 14 Days

According to his confession, Detri Warmanto is only advised to do self isolation at home for the next 14 days. Dr. Nyoto and Dr. Ibri, who had treated him, could not prescribe any medication because his condition was fine.

"Why did the doctor say I have to self-isolate for 14 days? Because after I asked, I should do what when I know I'm positive for COVID-19, the doctor was still confused about what medication to give me. Because thankfully I am healthy," wrote Detri.

"COVID-19, also known as corona, is a self-healing disease, which means the disease will heal on its own. So I have to be quarantined for 14 days. With that, the progress of my condition will be known. That's all," he added explaining.

2. Reasons for Taking the Test

Not stopping there, Detri further explained his condition through a top post on his Instagram page. He also revealed the reasons behind his decision to take the COVID-19 test.

"Why did I get tested for COVID-19? Because when Minister of Transportation Budi Karya was declared positive, the entire cabinet, family, and staff were required to get tested. And I was optimistic that I would test negative because there were no symptoms indicating that I had contracted corona," he concluded.
