Postpone Family Vacation, Ian Kasela Changes Lifestyle During the Pandemic

Kapanlagi.com - Like other bands, during the COVID-19 pandemic, Radja has no live performances at all. If there are any, it's only virtual performances. And not as often as before.

Radja has done many things, especially the vocalist, Ian Kasela, in order to survive during the pandemic. This includes changing his lifestyle. This is done so that Ian can survive amidst the pandemic even though there is no income from live performances.

"We have to survive with what we have. We don't have any live performances, it's empty, we don't have any jobs, maybe there are some virtual performances. But not as frequent as before the pandemic," said Ian Kasela on Trans TV, a few days ago.

"So we make use of what we have, we can't go overboard like before, our lifestyle has changed. Now it's only based on needs, no longer other things," he added.

1. Holiday Whenever There's Free Time

Usually, whenever there's a holiday, Ian Kasela always spends time with his family for a vacation, either within the city or abroad. Naturally, there will be a lot of expenses when he decides to go on vacation with his family. This has become one of the activities that he has changed during the pandemic.

"At least, usually when there's no event on the weekend, I go out with my family. There are things that we always do together as a family. There are expenses and other things. But because of the current situation and because of where we want to go, we just stay at home," said Ian Kasela.

2. Radja Remains Productive

Even though there are no scheduled performances during the pandemic, Radja remains productive. The proof is that the band, which rose to fame with the song Jujur, has just released two new singles titled I Miss You and Bucin (Slave of Love). This is evidence that Radja continues to create amidst the ongoing pandemic.

"Together with Radja, we recently released a new song titled I Miss You at the beginning of the month. A month before that, we also released Bucin, Slave of Love. So, we released two songs in the last two months during the pandemic, even though we have no gigs at all," concluded Ian Kasela.
