Praised Ahmad Dhani When Wearing Hijab, Mulan Jameela Blooming Until the Hereafter

The singer of Wonder Woman is often seen attending various religious study events. Even at the end of 2019, Mulan was appointed as one of the speakers and told the chronology of her journey to embrace Islam.

Initially, Mulan was invited by Dhani to go to Palestine. At first, the mother of Safeea was reluctant to go because she was not interested. However, after being forced by her husband, she finally agreed. At that time, Mulan had not yet worn the hijab. She was even lazy in performing religious duties.

"I went to Palestine. In Jerusalem, I spent 4 days and 3 nights there, worshiping with my husband, walking from the hotel to the mosque for about 1.5 km. So if I wanted to pray there for dawn prayer, I had been walking since 2:30 in the morning," recalled Mulan as quoted from the Youtube channel Khutbah Muslim.

1. Like Finding a Different Husband

For the first time in years of marriage, Mulan felt the moment of walking together with her husband to the mosque for worship. It was then that her heart began to move. The woman born in Garut even told the story while shedding tears.

"That's what it feels like to walk with my husband. Oh Allah. It's been 8 years of marriage and we've never worshiped together, so I felt, oh Allah, it's so enjoyable. It's like finding a different husband. Who wouldn't want to go to heaven with their spouse? I really want that," she continued.

While in Jerusalem, Mulan felt the joy of worshiping together with her husband. Her heart blossomed even more when Dhani praised her appearance while wearing a hijab.

"So because of that, I saw that her husband never stopped praying. In the mosque for 3 days, worshiping feels so enjoyable. And her husband said, 'You look more beautiful wearing a headscarf than not wearing one'. Well, maybe that's still worldly, but it feels like blossoming until the hereafter," Mulan reminisced.

3. Requesting Permission to Wear Hijab from Dhani

Afterwards, Mulan began to feel turmoil in her heart. She then asked Dhani for permission to wear hijab, which he immediately agreed to. As known, the leader of RCM indeed wants his wife to wear hijab.

"Then, at one point, I was in a hotel room, and I thought, Oh God, what have I been searching for all this time? Allah has given me more than anything I asked for. I didn't ask for A, but I was given it. Everything was made easier. Even the blessing of worship in Palestine, which I never thought about before, was given. Why have I been ungrateful all this time, only thinking about myself and the world? Until finally, I talked to my husband, and I said, 'Dear, I want to wear a hijab'. Then he hugged me, and he said Bismillah," she concluded.
