Pregnant with Twins, Mpok Alpa Suddenly Consumes Three Sticks of Ice Cream a Day

Kapanlagi.com - Comedian Mpok Alpa is happy because she is pregnant with twins. Although the doctor says that the mother and fetus are healthy, Nina Carolina, the birth name owner, still takes caution in many things.

This caution is because it is the first experience of being pregnant with twins. Moreover, Mpok Alpa's age is no longer young, which is thirty-seven years old.

"Because this is the first experience of being pregnant with twins at the age of 37, so we have to be very careful. The doctor said everything is fine, but we still have to take care of the baby inside. This child has mood swings. Doesn't like crowded places. Sometimes the mother is hungry, but the child doesn't want to eat," said Mpok Alpa when met in the Mampang Prapatan area, South Jakarta, Friday (5/7/2024).

1. Can't Stand for Long

At six months pregnant, Mpok Alpa still continues her activities in the entertainment world. However, she sits more often because if she stands for too long, she will feel dizzy or blackout.

"The doctor told me to walk a lot. But because I have two children, I can't walk for too long. And I can't stand for too long either because I'm very prone to experiencing blackout," said Mpok Alpa.

2. Eating Three Sticks of Ice Cream a Day

If she used to not really like it, now Mpok Alpa enjoys eating ice cream. She admitted to eating three sticks of ice cream every day.

"I don't eat rujak anymore. I'm more into ice cream. I eat three ice creams a day. I always buy them, never stock them. If I stock ice cream, I'm afraid it will melt. There was a time when I stocked them, but they were gone. They weren't in the fridge, the kids ate them ha ha ha," she said while laughing.
