Accompanied by her legal counsel, Tiara Octavia, actress Tengku Dewi Putri attended the divorce hearing with Andrew Andika at the Religious Court (PA) in Cibinong, Thursday (7/4/2024).

After the hearing, Tengku Dewi expressed gratitude that the hearing, which had the agenda of summoning all parties, went smoothly.
"Alhamdulillah, the hearing went smoothly even though it was raining today, but everything went well and I was required to attend, so as a good citizen, I was present. The agenda is still to summon all parties," said Tengku Dewi at the PA Cibinong, Thursday (7/4/2024).
Still, Andrew Andika did not attend the trial. Even though the summons from PA Cibinong has been received by Andrew Andika.
"So today is the third trial, summoning all parties, but the defendant's party did not come. But the summons have been received by the defendant's party, and that is valid," said Tiara Octavia.
Tiara Octavia added that she also did not know the exact reason why Andrew Andika or his legal counsel did not attend the trial.
"But for the reasons, we don't know why, whether it's his legal counsel or Andrew himself. They didn't come," said Tiara Octavia.
"The judge also asked why the plaintiff did not attend? But because there was no communication from our client," he added.
According to Tiara Octavia, the trial process can be faster if Andrew Andika is always absent from the hearing.
"Yes, if for example the defendant has been summoned 3 times but does not attend. Then the trial will continue with the agenda of the defendant's absence. So it could be a default judgment. So it's faster," he said.
"If our client wants it to be faster. So because this is the third summons, it can continue to the next hearing," he concluded.
