In front of the judge in the religious court, Puteri admitted that she couldn't stand having a toxic and narcissistic husband. She couldn't bear being secretly polygamous by her husband, especially since she believed that Syamsul couldn't be fair.
Previously, Puteri filed a lawsuit against her husband's mistress. She did it because she experienced harassment and threats from Ira Kazar. Unhappy with Ira's behavior, Puteri filed a lawsuit in June 2022 to the court. The judge granted Puteri's request to prevent Ira from approaching her husband and children.
However, it turns out that Syamsul still insists on his relationship with Ira. In fact, in early January 2023, Syamsul admitted that he had married Ira in Thailand.
After being cheated on for 4 years and now being in a polygamous marriage, Puteri can no longer bear it. In front of the judge, she requested to end her marriage because her relationship with Syamsul is no longer healthy and it hurts her deeply.
Although sad because Puteri chose to divorce, Syamsul's parents accept that decision. Nevertheless, Syamsul's father and mother still love Puteri very much and do not want to accept Ira's presence in their family.
