Questioned with 49 Questions for 10 Hours, Gisella Anastasia Faces a 12-Year Prison Sentence

Kapanlagi.com - Gisella Anastasia has just finished being questioned by investigators regarding a 19-second explicit video for approximately 10 hours. From the examination, Gading Marten's ex-wife was bombarded with 49 questions.

Head of Public Relations of the Jakarta Metro Police, Commissioner Pol Yusri Yunus, when met at the Jakarta Metro Police, on Friday night (8/1), stated this. He also said that Gisella Anastasia is facing a maximum prison sentence of 12 years.

"Around 20:00 WIB, Ms. GA finished the examination. We conducted the examination for almost 11 hours on the person in question," explained Yusri Yunus.

"There are 49 questions from the investigators, all of which can be answered. It is stated in Article 4 jo 29 of Law No. 44 jo Article 27 of the ITE Law, with a minimum threat of 6 months imprisonment and a maximum of 12 years," he added.

Yusri also stated that Gisel was able to answer all the questions from the investigators. In addition, Gisel was not arrested because according to the investigators, Gisel and Michael Yukinobu Defretes cooperated and followed all applicable legal procedures.

"She was not arrested because detention can be done if she destroys evidence or is uncooperative, but as long as she is called and answers the questions, a conclusion is drawn not to detain her," he concluded.

After undergoing questioning by the investigators for approximately 10 hours, Gisel once again apologized for what she has done. She sincerely apologizes from the bottom of her heart to the entire community.

"Once again, I want to convey my sincerest apology from the bottom of my heart," said Gisella Anastasia after undergoing questioning at the Jakarta Metro Police, Friday night (8/1).
