The Reporter of the Syur Video Case Will Imprison Netizens If They Still Insult Gisel and Nobu

Kapanlagi.com - About a month ago, lawyer Pitra Romadoni reported Gisella Anastasia for her involvement in making a syur video with Michael Yukinobu De Fretes. As a result of the report, both of them were then named as suspects for violating the Pornography Law.

Last night (6/1/2021), Gisel publicly apologized to the public after Nobu did the day before. As the reporter, Pitra felt relieved because the actress finally listened to the advice he gave in front of the media.

"A month ago, I already said, what's wrong with apologizing? Why did I suggest apologizing, so that it becomes a legal consideration for the investigators if something that has been determined as a suspect, should be resolved peacefully through an apology to reduce public anger," said Pitra when contacted by phone on Thursday (7/1/2021).

As an individual, Pitra Romadoni also accepts the apologies offered by Gisella Anastasia and Michael Yukinobu De Fretes. He also suggests that the public should accept those apologies.

"Anyone who admits their mistakes should be forgiven. We must forgive as Muslims and as good citizens of Indonesia. Whoever it is, if they have apologized, they must be forgiven," added Pitra.

2. Ready to Report Netizens

According to Pitra's observation, there are still many people who bully him for suggesting that Gisella Anastasia and Michael Yukinobu De Fretes apologize. He also sees that people continue to insult Gisel and Nobu even after they apologize. If this continues, he will take the initiative to report the harassers on social media to the police.

"I have stated that if there are still people who bully me, I will not hesitate to report them to the police. And stop judging GA and MYD, let's respect what is happening. We leave it to our investigative colleagues and the police," he said.

"However, if netizens blindly attack me and the person in question apologizes but continues to be insulted, then I have a limit to my patience. I have been holding back," Pitra concluded.
