As suspects, Gisel and Nobu are charged with Article 4 paragraph 1 in conjunction with Article 29 and/or Article 8 of Law Number 44 concerning Pornography.

Gisel and Nobu face a minimum sentence of 6 months imprisonment and a maximum of 12 years imprisonment.
