Gisella Anastasia's Confession, Says Phone is Lost But Sent Explicit Video to Michael Yukinobu de Fretes

Kombes Pol Yusri Yunus, the Head of Public Relations of the Jakarta Metro Police, held a press conference on Wednesday (30/12/2020). Kombes Pol Yusri Yunus stated that Gisel is facing multiple charges as the person who created the video.

"She produced it. She made it. Who recorded it? Sister GA recorded it. Who made it? Indeed, this cannot be (prosecuted) if it's for personal use. But what happened is that it spread to the public," he said.

1. Already Transferred to MYD

Kombes Pol Yusri Yunus said that Gisel admitted that her mobile phone was lost before the video was spread. However, Gisel had sent the video to Michael.

"According to her confession (GA), her phone was lost. Then sister GA transferred it using airdrop to brother MYD. MYD kept it for a week and then deleted it," explained Kombes Pol Yusri Yunus.

2. Reason for Making the Video

Furthermore, Kombes Pol Yusri Yunus said the reason why Gisel was interested in documenting her bedroom activities. It is said that the reason was solely for her own interests.

"For her own interests. If asked, it's definitely for personal interests," he said.

When asked if Gisel was drunk when making the video, Kombes Pol Yusri Yunus still excluded that news, "That falls under the exempted material to be published. We are not allowed to disclose it here."
