Raihaanun Divorces Teddy Soeryaatmadja After 16 Years of Marriage

"Declares that the respondent, who has been officially and properly summoned to appear in court, did not attend. Grants the petitioner's request by default. Grants permission to the petitioner to pronounce one raj'i divorce against the respondent in front of the Tigaraksa Religious Court," explained the panel of judges of the Tigaraksa Religious Court as seen on the Supreme Court's website, Wednesday (5/7).

Not only that, the panel of judges of the Tigaraksa Religious Court also granted the petitioner's request for custody of their three children to Teddy.

"Determines that the plaintiff's and defendant's children named ** bin Teddy Soeriaatmadja, born on January 16, 2008, ** bin Teddy Soeriaatmadja, born on June 7, 2012, and *** bin Teddy Soeriaatmadja, born on May 16, 2014, shall be under the care (hadhanah) of the petitioner, with the respondent being granted access to participate in the education of the child as their biological mother," it continued.

2. Nafkah Mut'ah

In addition to deciding custody rights, the judges of the Tigaraksa Religious Court also decided the amount of mut'ah maintenance that must be given to Raihaanun.

"Determining the obligation that must be paid by the Petitioner to the Respondent in the form of mut'ah in the amount of Rp 30,000,000.00 (thirty million rupiah)," he added.

It is known that Raihaanun and Teddy Soeryaatmadja were married on May 17, 2007. At that time, the beautiful actress was only 18 years old. This age difference even reached 15 years with Teddy.
