Raisa Says Her Mother's Departure Was Very Beautiful, Did Not Experience Pain

Cloudy skies hang over the heart of the top singer in the country, Raisa Andriana. Her beloved mother, Ria Mariaty binti Rachmat Ardiwinangoen, took her last breath this weekend.

It is known that the cause of the passing of the grandmother of Zalina Raine Wyllie was due to lung cancer. The deceased had undergone intensive treatment before finally returning to the mercy of God.

Raisa herself had touched on the struggles of cancer patients at an awards event a week prior.

The singer of the song Kali Kedua tried to be strong when meeting the media after the funeral process. She recalled the moment when she provided moral support to cancer fighters, not expecting that her mother would leave so soon.

"Prayers like last week, at the Ami Awards, I prayed for my friends who are cancer fighters because my mother also had cancer. And this morning, she was called by Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala," she said when met in the Cinere area, Depok, Saturday (29/11/2025).
