One of the major decisions they made was not to hold the event in Jakarta. Ranty explained that this choice was made as a middle ground to accommodate the extended families from both sides, especially Rayn's family, most of whom live abroad.
"Because we have to find a middle point where our family from Jakarta and many of his family from abroad need to meet," Ranty explained.
This decision is also in line with their dream wedding concept. Both Ranty and Rayn agreed to hold a more intimate and warm event, attended only by family and close relatives.
"And maybe it's more about how our dream wedding turns out to be that we both actually want it to be not crowded at all," said Ranty.
Rayn Wijaya also agreed with this. For him, the main focus of their wedding is togetherness and the sacred moments with family."Because that was the reason, first because of family, many family members are coming from outside Jakarta. So we are the meeting point, looking for something in the middle," said Rayn.
Regarding when that happy day will take place, this couple is still considering the possibility of either the end of this year or next year."(The plan is) this year or next year," said Rayn.
