Razman Arif Nasution's lawyer responded to the report made by Nikita Mirzani at the Metro Jaya Police on Thursday, October 3, 2024. The report concerns allegations of personal data dissemination.
"The latest report from NM (Nikita Mirzani) yesterday at the Metro Jaya Police against me and my team, we consider it nothing. We will prove it later," said Razman at the South Jakarta Metro Police on Friday (10/4/2024).
Razman's stance became stronger as he discussed the allegations of child neglect directed at Nikita Mirzani. He questioned Mirzani's responsibility towards her child, stating that the actress's behavior contributes to negative impacts on the child. "What about NM? Doesn't this count as neglect? Doesn't this count as allowing? Why is it only now that there's a commotion, only now that there's a voice?" he asserted.
It is known that the initial report made by Nikita originated from a press conference held by Razman on September 20, 2024, where he allegedly leaked the ultrasound results of Nikita Mirzani's child.
The incident became the trigger for the report that is now registered with case number LP/B/5969/X/2024/SPKT/POLDA METRO JAYA on October 3, 2024, at 13:33 WIB.
Nikita Mirzani has reported Razman under Law Number 27 of 2022 concerning Personal Data Protection (UU PDP).
In her report, she stated that Razman's actions could potentially harm her child's privacy and could face a prison sentence of up to four years.
Razman Arif Nasution remains optimistic that they will prove that Nikita's report is unfounded. He believes that in the ongoing legal process, the truth will be revealed.
