For almost 6 hours, Vadel Badjideh underwent questioning by investigators from the South Jakarta Metro Police. Vadel admitted to being bombarded with a total of 33 questions regarding allegations of sexual intercourse and abortion reported by Nikita Mirzani. Previously, he was absent for questioning due to illness. Vadel finally complied with the investigator's summons at the South Jakarta Police.
"Alhamdulillah I was able to answer everything straightforwardly, smoothly," he said after being examined at the South Jakarta Metro Police, Friday (4/10/2024).
Vadel himself claims to be confident he can escape legal entanglements. Because he believes what is being charged against him is merely slander and he has never done it.
"I am confident because this is all slander so I am sure," said Vadel.
In fact, Vadel felt nervous when he learned that his problem became a national issue covered by many media outlets. This is the first time in his life facing the media crew bombarding him with various questions.
"Ouch, I'm so nervous, you guys are recording me like this. It's my first time being in this situation, this much," he explained.
When asked about what the investigator asked during the questioning, Vadel did not want to say much. He stated that all questions had been answered honestly to the investigator.
"Maybe I can't answer all your questions because I've already answered everything in front of the investigator," he revealed.
What is certain is that Vadel emphasized that all accusations directed at him are just slander. That's why all the questions asked can be answered.
"If what I catch is a lot, really a lot, it's all just me until I'm dizzy because I have to answer it calmly, correctly, straightforwardly, and factually according to my facts and what I catch from all the accusations from them is all slander," he concluded.
As reported, Nikita Mirzani filed a police report against Vadel under articles related to the Child Protection Law, Health Law, and the Criminal Code. The case is still ongoing at the South Jakarta Metro Police.
After being examined, Vadel, accompanied by his two older siblings and legal team, was seen giving his sweet smile in front of the media. He appeared to be carrying skincare that was allegedly given by Dr. Oky Pratama.
