Kapanlagi.com - Venna Melinda has once again filed for divorce from actor Ferry Irawan at the South Jakarta Religious Court after previously failing to divorce because Ferry did not pronounce the divorce vow within six months. This latest divorce filing is registered under case number 3010/Pdt.G/2024/PA.JS.
However, Venna's divorce process has encountered obstacles. In the first hearing, the panel of judges had to postpone the trial because Venna and her attorney did not provide Ferry Irawan's latest address.
The court is having difficulty sending the letter regarding the divorce lawsuit to Ferry. As the plaintiff, Venna Melinda expressed her hope that this issue would be resolved soon.
"Yes, just pray for it, the address has been searched. Hopefully, this address will be found, so it can be appropriate to summon him to the religious court. Just pray that it will be resolved quickly," said Venna when met in the Kemang area, South Jakarta, on Monday (1/10/2024).
Venna denied that her desire for divorce from Ferry Irawan was because she wanted to marry again. According to her, she is currently focused on her children, especially her daughter, Vania, who is in the 3rd grade of elementary school.
"Oh no, I want to focus on praying for my children. Especially Vania, focusing on family. Verrell also really needs my presence and prayers," explained Venna.
Even so, Venna does not rule out the possibility of remarrying if God brings the right match, for now she prefers to focus on her family.
"If God gives a match, we never know. But for now, just focusing on the kids," she said.
Venna admits that she will continue to be patient even though her divorce process with Ferry Irawan is not yet complete.
"Be patient...," she said briefly.
