Razman Nasution Urges Police to Process Report of Alleged Assault, Nikita Mirzani Reportedly Refuses to be Examined

The case of alleged assault involving controversial artist Nikita Mirzani is back in the spotlight. Razman Arif Nasution, the person who reported Nikita for the alleged assault, provided the latest update on the report he filed at the South Jakarta Metro Police.

Razman revealed that Nikita Mirzani refused to be examined by the investigators of the South Jakarta Metro Police. The refusal occurred when the investigators visited the detention room of the Metro Jaya Police to request information regarding Razman's report.

"When the investigators came to the Tahti room (Detention and Evidence Room) of the Metro Jaya Police to examine Nikita Mirzani Mawardi, Nikita refused to be examined," said Razman in the Kuningan area, South Jakarta, Saturday (22/3/2025).

According to Razman, Nikita's decision to refuse the examination is a step that harms herself. He stated that this opportunity should have been utilized by Nikita to provide clarification and defend herself against the allegations made.

"If NM (Nikita Mirzani) does not want to be examined, it means she is waiving her right to defend herself in the process of my report at the clarification stage," he said.

Razman also urged the police to immediately elevate this report to the investigation stage. He stated that he does not want this case to drag on without clarity.

"I urge that this NM matter not take too long, as it relates to abuse. If NM does not want to be examined and waives her right, then the investigation process must immediately escalate to the next stage," Razman emphasized.

This case began when Razman took Nikita Mirzani's daughter, Laura Meizani alias Lolly, to the South Jakarta Metro Police after she escaped from a safe house. The meeting ended in a quarrel between Nikita and Razman, which then escalated into allegations of abuse.

Razman accused Nikita of pushing and hitting him, as well as attacking his wife, Ade Suryani, during the incident. This action became the basis for Razman's police report under Article 351 of the Criminal Code regarding abuse.

"Nikita pushed me, even hit me. My wife was also hit by her. This is clearly abuse, and I reported this according to legal procedures," explained Razman.

With a maximum prison sentence of two years and eight months, Razman hopes that the law can be enforced fairly. He also emphasized that this report is not just a personal matter, but rather to provide a lesson so that similar actions do not occur again.
