"This morning we also received an update from the investigator. But we are still waiting and not daring to convey it because the plan was that RB and LK would be questioned tomorrow, Wednesday, but their lawyer requested that the examination be conducted today so it was moved up. The plan is at 13.00," said Kombes Pol Gatot Repli Handoko at his office on Tuesday (19/4).
However, as of 3:00 p.m. WIB, Rizky Billar and Lesti Kejora have not yet appeared at the National Police's Criminal Investigation Agency. It seems that they will come as scheduled tomorrow.
Previously, the police had also revealed the names of artists who will be examined as witnesses related to the DNA Pro case. Among them are singers Rossa, Ello, Yosi Project Pop, and Billy Syahputra.
Kombes Pol Gatot Repli Handoko said that these artists have tried to return the money they have received.
"This is related to the flow of funds from the suspect to several places or recipients. If there are artists who are suspected of receiving the flow of funds and they return it, it means that there has been a good intention to return the money," he said.
Meanwhile, Rizky Billar admitted that he is ready to return all the money he has received from DNA Pro. He realizes that the money is not rightfully his.
“I will return what is not rightfully mine. This is someone else's money, it will not bring blessings to my life,” said Rizky Billar when met in the Cilandak area, early Tuesday morning.
