Leony and Charles' relationship seems to be getting more serious. This is proven by Leony's plan to spend the Christmas and New Year holidays with her boyfriend's family in New Zealand.
"This year's Christmas, I'm going to New Zealand with my boyfriend's family. Next week I'll leave, and in January I'll go straight back to Jogja for filming," said Leony when met in the Gandaria area, South Jakarta, on Wednesday (13/12/2023).
Leony will be quite busy while in her boyfriend's hometown. Because according to Charles Seaman's explanation, there will be many events during their stay in New Zealand.
"According to him (Charles), it will be busy, lots of events there. His family really celebrates Christmas, so there will be family gatherings," explained the former child actress.
When asked about the seriousness of the relationship with Charles Seaman, Leony didn't want to reveal too much. She also clarified the rumors about getting married soon.
"There is, this is still quite new so I don't want to say much. Not (getting married)," said the owner of the birth name Leony Vitria Hartanti.
Previously, Leony had kept her boyfriend a secret. The beginning of Leony and Charles' relationship was discovered by the public when Leony posted a romantic dinner.
Turns out Leony is also a bucin. Despite being in a long-distance relationship, she and her boyfriend still maintain communication. One of them is when they celebrated their 36th birthday through video call.
