The spokesperson for the South Jakarta Religious Court, Taslimah, said that in her lawsuit, Ria Ricis demands divorce, child support, and child custody.Â
"The one filing the lawsuit in this case is the woman, the wife. Filing a cumulative claim means that divorce is accompanied by claims for hadhanah and child support," said Taslimah in her office on Wednesday (31/1/2024).
Taslimah did not disclose in detail the reasons why Ria Ricis filed a lawsuit against Teuku Ryan. Many speculate that this could happen, as Ricis and Ryan are one of the celebrity couples with many fans.
"There are specific reasons for the divorce, but it is still general. The point is that they are already bound in marriage," he said.
"The lawsuit also alleges that during their marriage, they were blessed with a child," he added.
The first divorce hearing for Ria Ricis and Teuku Ryan will be held at the South Jakarta Religious Court on February 19, 2024. Will both parties be present or represented?
"Insha Allah on February 19, 2024. The plaintiff and the defendant will be summoned, the first hearing is for peace. If both parties are present, they will be mediated at the South Jakarta District Court, that's why both are summoned," he concluded.
