Reduce TV Shooting, Sule Feels More Comfortable Developing SL Media

The face of Sule may not appear as often as before on various national television programs. The comedian born in Cimahi admits that he has intentionally started to limit his activities on screen. Sule now prefers to focus on developing digital content through his personal channel, SL Media, which he manages with his team and children.

This does not mean he is leaving the world that has made his name famous, but Sule feels he has more freedom to create through digital platforms. He no longer chases exhausting popularity and enjoys a more relaxed life. For him, if there are filming offers that he feels are suitable, he will take them, but they are no longer his top priority.

"It's rare now. It's rare. Focus on work. There are still many tasks we need to complete. Now there are many achievements in Prikitiew with the shooting," said Sule in the Warung Buncit area, South Jakarta, Monday (19/1/2026).

Although more active in the digital world, Sule still maintains good relationships with colleagues at television stations. He still appears on several TV programs on weekends and is willing to be a guest star if his schedule allows. Sule admits he is the type of person who cannot stay at home and always wants to be productive doing any activity.

"No, I just come if I'm free, why stay at home? I'm afraid of getting tired, so it's like choosing, right? No, because my energy is high. I can't just sit at home," he said.

Sule also emphasized that his life is now much calmer because he no longer thinks too much about the hustle and bustle of competition in the entertainment industry. He applies the principle of "slow living" where he only takes on jobs that truly bring him happiness.

When he doesn't have work commitments, he prefers to spend time in the garden or fishing in his pond in Ciamis. "I've always lived slowly. Not becoming a businessman, if there's an offer for shooting, I'll take it. It's not bad, right? So just relax in life," he said.

This shift in focus to the digital world is also seen by Sule as a step towards adapting to the times. He believes that every era has its own challenges, and currently, digital media is a very potential field for continued creativity. He also invites his fans to continue supporting his work through his YouTube channel and other digital platforms.

"Just go, go ahead and watch SL Media so you know. But it doesn’t reduce the invitation if invited to be a guest star, what do you think, Kang? No, I’ll just come if I’m free, why stay at home anyway," said Sule.
