Refusing to Discuss Divorce, Bams Former Samsons: I am disappointed because my mother was treated unfairly

Kapanlagi.com - Singer Bambang Reguna Bukit, also known as Bams, doesn't want to talk much when asked about his divorce from his wife, Mikhavita Wijaya. Bams will listen to the divorce verdict from the judge of the South Jakarta District Court, which will be held on October 5, 2021.

"As for that, I leave it to the court, because whatever the result, we will see from there. Because from the beginning, I have said that I want to stay quiet and want peace. So let's wait for the court's decision," said Bams at Hotman Paris' office on Wednesday (29/9/2021).

What makes Bams unwilling to provide information about his marriage is because he doesn't want to prolong the problem.

1. Doesn't Want to Talk Much

"Back again, if it's about me and my wife, I don't want to talk too much, why, it will become long. Because again, I don't want to prolong this, I want everything to go peacefully, I am not my father, I don't want to oppress women," said Bams.

Bams' problem is not only about his marriage. However, Bams is also currently helping to solve the problems faced by his beloved mother, Desiree Tarigan. The problem between Bams' mother and her husband, Hotma Sitompul, has not yet found a solution.

2. Focus on Mother

"For me, now honestly my focus is on my mother. If I were a man, I should just give in, my focus is more on my mother's rights, which cannot be denied that many have been oppressed," said Bams.

"I am also disappointed here, not because of the divorce. Disappointed because my mother was oppressed, that's it. The divorce is another matter, not something I blame or justify my parents for. But what makes me sad is why my mother was oppressed and her rights were taken away and she was slandered," Bams concluded.
