In his upload on Youtube, Uya Kuya mentioned that he also ran out of tickets upon arriving at the location despite having booked them in advance. Seeing many viewers who had the same experience, Uya gave his son's ticket named Nino to a viewer who had flown for seven hours but had to accept the bitter reality that the tickets were sold out.

Uya Kuya also admitted that he had been queuing for the event for 5 hours before it started.

"Because on the first day of the final performance, our group almost couldn't get tickets, they were declared sold out," said Uya Kuya.

2. Unprofessional

Uya Kuya then openly revealed the reason why he and his family ran out of tickets on the first day. According to him, there was a group that had already booked hundreds of tickets in the morning, even though the tickets should have been given to viewers who had booked through online channels.

"We had booked tickets in advance on the internet, received confirmation that the tickets just needed to be exchanged on the day. But on the day, they suddenly said they were sold out from the beginning. Turns out, after investigating, there was a group of people who took VIP tickets in the morning," Uya Kuya revealed.

Although he felt desperate and lost hope of watching it live, Uya Kuya eventually received help and was given a ticket to watch Putri's performance from inside the studio.
