Request to Delete Sexy Photos, Five Vi Wants to Inspire Many People After Hijrah

Along with her decision to embrace Islam, she also chose to quit her career in the entertainment industry. Five Vi shared her latest news when met at Trans TV, South Jakarta, Friday (14/3/2020)

"Last October, I joined a religious study. Then last December, I started wearing hijab. Last September, I asked everyone who had my (sexy) photos to delete them. Because I don't want to have any sins in that regard. Because in that period, I was actually advised by a friend that I haven't been relevant for a long time," said Five Vi.

1. Want to Be an Inspiration

At first, Five Vi admitted to struggling when deciding to embrace a religious path, especially since there were previously revealing photos of her circulating. Now, she has decided to post something that inspires many people.

"It was a struggle for me as a woman to not seek attention. I once asked for my photos to be deleted. Now, when I post, I just want to inspire people. I used to be like that, but now I can change. I want to be consistent and have no other intentions. I used to be afraid to do anything," she said.

2. Once in a Slump

This 40-year-old actress also admitted to feeling down when she stopped doing her usual activities.

"So I had to reduce my activities, and when I was left behind, I felt down. It was a struggle for me to leave my previous activities when I embraced my religious path. I even asked an ustadz, 'The only thing I know is acting, I don't know any other skills.' But I am creative in design, so people don't believe in me," she explained.
