Ressa Rizky Rosano Ready to Reveal Facts About Denada in Open Court

The civil lawsuit involving singer Denada and a young man named Ressa Rizky Rosano is still ongoing. The mediation process, which was supposed to be a middle ground for both parties at the Banyuwangi District Court, ended without an agreement.

This prompted the plaintiff to advance the case to an open court trial. Ressa Rizky Rosano's attorney, Ronald Armada, expressed his disappointment with the attitude of the defendant, which is considered to lack good faith.

According to Ronald, mediation is actually an opportunity for Denada as a public figure to resolve issues privately to protect her privacy. However, because that opportunity was not utilized, his side is now ready to disclose all case materials to the public.

"But if they really have no good intentions, it can be concluded that the defendant is ready to dissect this case wherever it may lead. Meaning in the public space," said Ronald Armada during a virtual press conference on Thursday (22/1/2026).

Furthermore, Ronald explained that his client's readiness is firm to face all consequences in the upcoming trial. He emphasized that if Denada feels ready to argue in an open space, then Ressa's side is much more prepared to prove the allegations in her lawsuit.

"So if they are indeed ready, God willing, we are more ready, you know. That's it. That's why later if there happens to be a legal event that can be purely known by the public about what happened," explained Ronald Armada.

The plaintiff also highlighted the oddity regarding the communication of Denada's legal counsel who claimed to have difficulty contacting her own client. Ronald believes that this reason is unreasonable in the process of signing the power of attorney. "That's why the reason is made up. I have concluded that it reflects what, in the form that they no longer have the intention to respond to the mediation forum which is actually very, very beneficial for them," asserted Ronald Armada.

Now, the ball is in the court of the judges who will lead the next hearing. Ronald reminds that an open trial carries significant risks for the image of a public figure, especially if family scandals begin to be revealed one by one in public during the evidence presentation process.

"When fighting in a trial that is open to the public, it means he is also ready to bear the risks, right? That's it," concluded Ronald Armada.
