Returning to Malaysia, the Late Ashraf Sinclair's Mother Writes Touching Farewell Message to BCL

Kapanlagi.com - Since the late Ashraf Sinclair passed away, his mother, Khadija A Rahman Sinclair, or affectionately known as Umi Dida, stayed in Indonesia to accompany Bunga Citra Lestari and her grandson, Noah Sinclair. After 100 days since Ashraf's passing, Umi Dida decided to return to Malaysia.

Before departing back to the neighboring country, she apparently received a farewell gift from BCL. She showed it through a post on her personal Instagram account, @dida_sinclair.

"My dear Bunga, thank you for the beautiful Quran and prayer mat as a reminder to always pray, rotate, and remember the late Ashraf. Al-Fatihah," wrote Umi Dida in the caption of her post.

1. Will Continue to Maintain Communication

Even though they have to be separated, the mother of the late Ashraf promised to always watch over her daughter-in-law from a distance. Understandably, Ashraf's family in Malaysia must be worried because currently BCL has to bear the burden as a single parent since the departure of her late husband.

"God willing, Umi, Daddy, Aishah, Adam, and the whole family, whether far or near, will always pray for you and Noah and always be close to your heart, always maintaining communication via facetime, zoom, and also telephone," continued Umi Dida.

2. Message from Umi Dida to BCL

Umi Dida also made sure to emphasize that this is not a permanent separation. When the Covid-19 pandemic situation ends, Umi Dida assures that the distance separating Malaysia and Indonesia is not an obstacle to be able to meet each other.

"God willing, we will come to Jakarta and you will also come to KL soon when the situation improves. Stay strong, happy, because that's what the late Ashraf wanted for us. We love you forever. Umi," she concluded.
