Revealed Reason for Bams ex Samson's Stepfather Restricting His House and Wife Using Concrete Walls

Kapanlagi.com - The household of Bams' (former member of Samson band) parents is currently facing a serious crisis. As known, Desiree Tarigan, Bams' biological mother, admitted that she was kicked out of the house by her husband, Hotma Sitompul.

After investigation, it is revealed that Desiree and Hotma are currently living separately, but their houses are adjacent to each other. Interestingly, Hotma, who works as a lawyer, has built a dividing fence between his house and his wife's house.

Hotma's legal representative, Dion Pongkor, explained the reason behind the construction of the fence by his client.

"The motivation should be the same. Leaving the house with belongings is different. Since they are close to each other, they decided to build this fence first, so that they don't move out immediately and can discuss things first," explained Dion Pongkor, Hotma Sitompul's legal representative when met in Sunter, North Jakarta, on Monday (29/3).

According to Hotma's statement, they never expelled Desiree from the house. On the contrary, they mentioned that Bams' biological mother left on her own while taking some valuable items.

"Transferring those items can be considered a crime. So, we're looking for a way to discuss this internally," added Dion.

2. Accusing Desiree Tarigan's Party of Hurrying

Desiree's party has appointed a lawyer to investigate this issue, namely Hotman Paris Hutapea. According to Hotma's party, what Desiree did was rather hasty, considering that this issue should have been resolved internally and peacefully.

"Actually, there have been several meetings before this. Before Mr. Hotman Paris sent the first letter, he wanted to enter the house, while there was a negotiation process. We asked for a delay, as there was an ongoing discussion, but our letter was ignored, and then the knocking on the door incident happened," he explained.

Until now, the fence separating Hotma Sitompul's and Desiree Tarigan's houses is still installed. Moreover, what was initially covered with zinc has now become a permanent wall.
