Kapanlagi.com - Sad news once again colors the entertainment world in the homeland. Presenter and Event Organizer entrepreneur Rina Gunawan passed away on Tuesday (3/2). Rina Gunawan's manager, Evi G Margarhetna, also confirmed the news.

Before passing away, Rina had one last wish, which was to witness her children getting married. Teddy Syach, her husband, mentioned this when he was met at TPU Tanah Kusir, South Jakarta, on Wednesday (3/3/2021).
"I think, a few months ago, she jokingly said 'I just want to witness the little one and the older one getting married'. She wanted to see it first before she left. It was just a joke," he explained.
Teddy still remembers that Rina expressed this desire before the ventilator was installed.
"Before she got sick, but when she was sick, the last time we had a 10-second video call before the ventilator was installed, she waved goodbye like a father," Teddy added.
Besides revealing his wife's last wish, Teddy also explained the beginning of Rina's illness. At that time, Rina was exhausted from managing the event.
"So it started with a busy schedule, so she was exhausted from managing the event several times. The peak was when she took a rest after finishing the last event, we don't know where she was exposed, but thank God she's safe," said Teddy Syach.
Teddy Syach explained that Rina had a pre-existing condition such as sinus and asthma. Furthermore, Teddy is not sure whether his wife passed away in a negative Covid state or not, because only the medical team can answer that.
"The others in the office have all recovered. It just so happens that Rina had underlying diseases, sinus and shortness of breath due to asthma. So when she contracted Covid, it was quite severe for her. We were separated for a week. We don't know exactly when she changed from negative to positive, 2 days after. I don't know. Only the medical team can answer that," said Teddy.
