Together with Rizky, Nia revealed how she cut the payment of the audience under her agency. Nia has been working in this field for 16 years, and she feels that the payment from television has been getting longer.

"In the past, during the Extravaganza era, it was Rp 15,000. It increased, increased, and now the rate is Rp 50,000. But the difference is, in the past, I could cut it by only Rp 2,000 from Rp 15,000. Because the payment was every one or two weeks. Well, now you know, it's six months in advance," said Nia.

With a wide range of performances and a long payment period, Nia had to think creatively to be able to pay the audience regularly every month. Now she has to cut more, because the money being circulated is not only her own but also other people's money and bank loans.

"So I have to cut more, because I have to have a percentage per month. I don't want to give a good life to many people but end up suffering myself. So, if I have Rp 50,000, I give Rp 30 - 35 thousand," she explained.

2. The Prettier, the More Expensive

What many people don't know is that the payment for the audience varies according to their appearance. The prettier the audience, the higher the payment.

When receiving an offer from a program, Nia first asks what the program is about. After that, she offers whether the program wants audience from certain classes.

"I ask, they usually want Class A, B, and C," said Nia.

"The payment for the audience gets higher the prettier they are," Rizky added.

"It gets more expensive. If they want shows like Silet Awards, Insert Awards. They dress up, blow their hair, wear accessories, high heels, and suits. That's different. They can cost around Rp 150,000. It depends, sometimes it's Rp 150,000, sometimes it's Rp 100,000. It also depends on the talent's budget. If it's awards shows, the artists are usually good-looking. So they want it, usually college students want it. They all know each other and are used to it, I guess. Because they are expensive, they need capital. They are just normal, their clothes are just normal, I understand that," explained Nia.
