Many are wondering about Acha Septriasa's decision to continue making Australia her home. Acha finally opened up about her main consideration, which turns out to center around one name: Bridgia Kalina Kharisma, her only daughter.
According to Acha, this decision was made primarily for the future education of her child. In addition, after 10 years of building a life in the Land of Kangaroos, she feels her emotional bond with the place has become very strong.

"Because my child is going to school there. Moreover, I have been living there for 10 years and I also reside there," explained Acha Septriasa at Plaza Senayan, Monday (27/10/2025).
For her, Australia is no longer just a place to live, but a 'home' in the truest sense. It is where she first built her household and felt the meaning of returning to a comfortable place.
"Indeed, the sense of home, that home is there because it was the first time I established a household, the first time there was a home that felt like returning home in Australia, which has been happening for 10 years, it feels heavy when I have to leave that home," she said.
More than that, Acha actually already has long-term plans for Bridgia's education. She has even invested by buying a house in an area that has quality high school facilities.
"So there really isn't a plan for what to do, instead I actually want to maintain her permanent residency and Brigia has already gone to school there and I have a strategy so she can go to school until high school there because we have bought a house in an area with a good high school," she explained.
Seeing her daughter happy and all her plans going smoothly, Acha feels her achievements as a mother have been fulfilled.
"So it actually feels accomplished now because my dreams have come true, and my child is happy because she isn't separated from her friends. That's all, as parents we need support from our children," she concluded.
