She came to express her condolences to the family of the victim who died after being run over by a Brimob tactical vehicle during a demonstration in front of the DPR RI building.
"My condolences to the deceased, I share in the grief. It must be sad, I am sad. I hope the victim's family is given strength, and the victim is given the widest place in heaven, Subhana Wata Allah," said Ria Ricis at TPU Karet Bivak, Friday (29/8/2025).
Ricis admitted that she did not know Affan personally, but she felt compelled to attend because she has many friends from the online motorcycle taxi and online taxi community. For her, Affan's departure leaves a deep sorrow as a fellow breadwinner.
"Even my friends are many from there, so indeed for today I came to the grave because I didn't have the chance to see the burial process," said Ria Ricis.
"Although I do not know him personally, I express my condolences, especially since we see the news on social media," he said.
