Rieta Amalia Sued by Gideon Tengker Over Gana-Gini Assets Worth Rp 300 Billion.

Kapanlagi.com - Gideon Tengker, Nagita Slavina's father, is suing his former wife, Rieta Amalia, over gana-gini assets worth up to Rp. 300 billion. Gideon Tengker's attorney, Erles Rareral, corrected previous reports that stated the total value of the assets being sued for was Rp 100 billion.

"If the assets are worth around Rp 300 billion. After we organized and searched for information on the assets' whereabouts, such as the house in Tebet, some in Kemang, in the SCBD area. So, after we totaled it up, it's more than Rp 300 billion," said Erles after a hearing at the South Jakarta District Court on Thursday (22/6/2023).

"At first, we thought it was 100 billion, but after we searched, even I went to Bali, we found out that there were quite a lot of assets," he added.

1. Assets Being Sued For

There are several assets being sued for, including four houses located in Central and South Jakarta, Frame Ritz Production House, Rietz Kitchen Restaurant. Then, there's Wyndham Resort Lodging, Tamansari Jivva in Bali, Luwih Beach Resort House in Bali, and 3 Apartment Units in The Capital Residence, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta.

Not only is Rieta being sued, but Gideon Tengker is also suing the Head of the National Land Agency Office of Central Jakarta Administrative City, the Head of the National Land Agency Office of South Jakarta Administrative City, the Head of the National Land Agency Office of Gianyar Regency, and the Head of the National Land Agency Office of Klungkung Regency.

2. Hearing Postponed

The civil hearing of Gideon Tengker's lawsuit against Rieta Amilia regarding joint property has just been held at the South Jakarta District Court on Thursday (22/6/2023). Today's hearing agenda is the examination of documents and the presence of the defendant.

However, the panel of judges decided to postpone the hearing because defendant 1, Rieta Amalia, did not attend the hearing due to a wrong address on the summons. The judge stated that Nagita Slavina's mother no longer resides at the address provided by the plaintiff.

"So, what was sent by mail was returned to the court. Please correct the address, and it will be processed again," said the judge in the courtroom.
