Rio Reifan Files for Divorce from His Wife After Being Released from Prison, Henny Mona Suspects the Presence of a Third Person

The incident happened in early June, when Rio returned home to get his clothes, after being released from prison.

This was revealed by their lawyer, Mahatma Mahardika, when met in the Warung Jati area, South Jakarta, recently. The lawyer said that Henny, who was outside the house at that time, immediately returned home when she found out her husband had come back.

"So, when Rio came home to get his clothes, Henny was contacted by someone at home. Then Henny hurried home. She met Rio and a dialogue took place," said Mahatma Mahardika.

1. Henny Mona asks for an explanation from Rio Reifan

In the conversation, Henny Mona asked Rio Reifan for an explanation why he didn't come home after being released from prison on May 29, 2020. There was a little tension between them in the meeting.

"The main point of the dialogue is that sister Henny conveyed to brother Rio that since December, sister Henny had suspected a closeness between brother Rio and a third party," she said.

"Sister Henny firmly conveyed that. And sister Henny told brother Rio, 'I didn't expect you to treat me that cruelly'. The main point is that sister Henny was shocked and didn't expect such cruelty," she continued.

2. There's Information from a Friend

In addition, according to Mahatma, Henny's suspicion of the presence of a third person came from information from several friends. Not only that, there were also peculiarities on her husband's personal Instagram. However, Mahatma did not explain who the third person referred to, but if necessary, those facts have been prepared to be presented in court.

"That's from Instagram, maybe sister Henny also observed some intensity there, exchanging messages maybe on Instagram. So sister Henny analyzed it herself and concluded that there is a suspicion of closeness with a third person," said Mahatma.

"It's still just a suspicion. But at least we will see the facts in court and we are also preparing evidence. If indeed the facts point in that direction, we will convey it again. But it's not just verbal. It means sister Henny has prepared the evidence, both from information from friends outside," he explained.
