Rizky Billar Admits to Resting More on Shooting Locations Than at Home, Here's the Reason

When met in the Cilandak area, South Jakarta on Thursday (3/12) night, it turns out that Muhammad Rizky Billar often doesn't immediately rest when he returns home after various activities. Playing with his phone and reading books have become a mandatory ritual for him before going to sleep.

"Yeah, after coming home from activities, people should rest, but for me it's a bit difficult. Even though I feel sleepy outside, when I get home, I'm not sleepy. So, I usually play with my phone, read books, instead of going straight to sleep," said the guy who is rumored to be close to Lesti.

1. Sleeping in Between Shoots

Because of that, Rizky Billar admitted that he often steals time to sleep in between his busy filming schedule for the soap opera. In addition, Billar also admitted that he easily gets sick because he cannot manage his eating patterns amidst his busyness.

"That's why when I'm on set, during that time I like to sleep. It just so happens that I am a sleepy person, as long as I lie down, I easily fall asleep," he said.

"Well, indeed I often get sick, maybe it's because of the many activities but I don't take care of my eating patterns. That's it," he concluded.
