Rizky Febian Reports Teddy Pardiyana to the Police for Not Returning Assets

Kapanlagi.com - The feud between Rizky Febian and Teddy Pardiyana, the late Lina Jubaedah's husband, continues. The latest news is that Rizky Febian has reported Teddy to the police for not returning his assets.

"Basically, on March 1, there was no good faith from their side. We have been waiting until last week, but nothing happened. We have taken legal steps, whether it's in the form of a civil report, I will inform later. What is clear is that we have taken legal action," said Ferry Hudaya, Rizky Febian's legal counsel, when contacted on Thursday (25/3).

1. Rizky Febian Questions His Assets

As is known, there are several assets owned by Rizky Febian and his sister Putri Delina that are still controlled by the husband of their late mother. Among them are houses, land, cars, and others estimated to be worth billions of rupiah.

It is rumored that some of these assets have been sold by Teddy Pardiyana. However, when Rizky Febian asked for proof of the sale, Teddy could not provide it until now.

"Until now, the documents are still in the possession of Mr. Teddy. That's the information and their words. Where is the Deed of Sale if it was sold? If there are documents, where are they? They said the car was sold, where is the receipt? It needs to be proven concretely. We were only given data sheets, is this included or not, it can't be like that," he explained.

2. Rizky Febian's Patience Has Run Out

Actually, Rizky Febian has tried to solve this problem in a family manner. However, there has been no result in the past year and Rizky Febian's patience has run out.

"It has been a year. We waited, we tried to solve it within the family. We waited until March 1st, there was no response, instead the last meeting's result was denied even though there were many witnesses. We gave them one week, then asked again, how long do they want? So, we agreed to take legal action, we have reported it to the West Java Police," he concluded.
