Rizky Febian Takes the Cassation Route, Teddy Pardiyana Has No Issues and Is Not Disappointed

"As for the response, well, yesterday it was said that there are no issues. Because this is indeed part of the legal efforts from Rizky and his friends," said Wati Trisnawati when met in Jakarta during a virtual interview.

Although this case continues, Teddy Pardiyana admitted he does not feel disappointed with the steps taken by Rizky. He considers this a right of every citizen who is in dispute in court.

This dispute has indeed been ongoing for quite some time since the passing of Lina Jubaedah a few years ago. Teddy feels that he and his child, Bintang, have the same rights as heirs of the deceased.

When informed about the cassation application as of July 31 yesterday, Teddy only gave a flat response. For him, the most important thing is to go through all legal stages according to the applicable procedures.

"That's part of the legal efforts, so when I mentioned on Friday that their side would file for cassation, for Kang Teddy, there’s no problem with that," explained Wati Trisnawati.

Teddy Pardiyana chooses to remain calm and leave all legal matters to his lawyer. He does not want to be overly concerned with the legal actions taken by his stepchildren.

"Still, as they say, legal efforts must be followed through," he concluded.
