Rizky Nazar Declared a Suspect, Family Asks the Actor to Undergo Rehabilitation

Kapanlagi.com - Rizky Nazar has been officially declared a suspect in a case of illegal drug abuse. This is related to marijuana consumed by the 25-year-old actor.

Rizky was arrested at his residence in Kramat Jati, East Jakarta, on Monday night around 20:30 WIB. When apprehended by the police, the CINTA FITRI series actor was consuming marijuana.

During the arrest, Rizky was said to be very cooperative because he knew the mistake he had made. He promised not to repeat it.

"RN was arrested at home, with his family present. There was no resistance, he was cooperative. Now he realizes his mistake and promises not to repeat it," said Kasat Narkoba of the South Jakarta Metro Police, Kompol Achmad Akbar, to the media on Wednesday (15/12/2021).

When arrested, the South Jakarta Metro Police's Criminal Investigation Unit found evidence in the form of two packages of marijuana. The first package weighed 0.36 grams, while the second package weighed 0.61 grams.

"He bought marijuana from Ipank, who is now a fugitive. He bought four grams, but the evidence is approximately one gram. (Ipank and Rizky bought it by) meeting up," explained Achmad Akbar.

2. Family Wants Rizky Nazar to Undergo Rehabilitation

Furthermore, the Head of Public Relations of the Jakarta Metro Police, Commissioner Pol Endra Zulpan, stated that the family requested Rizky Nazar to undergo rehabilitation. The investigators are currently submitting an assessment to the National Narcotics Agency.

"The family has requested rehabilitation. The investigators are currently submitting an assessment for rehab. If it meets the requirements, they will be directed towards rehabilitation," emphasized Endra Zulpan.

Rizky Nazar admits that he recently consumed marijuana. The reason for using it is to be able to sleep because he has been having difficulty resting for some time.

"As for the reasons (for using it), it helps to sleep easily. Because the person has difficulty sleeping. Marijuana is used to be able to sleep," said Endra Zulpan.
